This is not the ordinary Curry flavoured mashed potato Croquette but is a Curry Roux made with Soya Milk and a selection of Onions, Potatoes, Edamame, Carrots and Sweetcorn coated in thin and crispy Bread Crumbs.
Enjoy with any sauce you like.
